EACUBO 2025 Event Details

The EACUBO 2025 Annual Meeting brings together higher education business and finance leaders from across the Eastern region to share insights, exchange ideas, and explore strategies for navigating today’s complex campus and financial environments.

Held in Pittsburgh from October 19–22, this year’s program features a robust mix of keynotes, panels, and interactive sessions focused on leadership, innovation, and operational excellence in higher education. EACUBO 2025 Agenda

EACUBO 2025 brings together higher education business and finance leaders from across the Eastern U.S. for four days of professional development, peer learning, and forward-looking discussions on institutional strategy, innovation, and resilience.

Sunday, October 19

The conference opens with registration and a series of pre-conference symposiums exploring leadership, resiliency, and financial planning. The day concludes with a Welcome Reception, offering attendees the chance to reconnect with colleagues and meet new peer.

Monday, October 20

Day two kicks off with an inspiring opening keynote from Carnegie Mellon University’s Laurie Weingart, followed by sessions on data-driven decision-making, cybersecurity, workforce strategy, and capital planning. Attendees will enjoy interactive networking opportunities throughout the day.

Tuesday, October 21

The third day features sessions on shared services, financial restructuring, NIL compliance, and innovative approaches to campus operations. Attendees can also join the Washington Update Lunch, explore the exhibit hall, and end the day with the Cheers! Reception.

Wednesday, October 22

The conference closes with a powerful keynote panel on leadership and mentorship, followed by sessions on sustainability, payments innovation, and global enrollment risk. The program wraps up with timely discussions on tax updates and post-merger integration.
