Yes. The Contracts Module is flexible and allows you to store any number of different agreement and document types. The module allows your organization to name the Contract Types that are important to you; this means lease agreements, NDA’s, campus affiliation agreements, and anything else you can dream up. Due to the customizable nature of the tool, you can store any type of agreement you like.
Absolutely, there is, and we have customers using the module this way today. If a contract has not yet been drafted or finalized, a user may utilize the Create Contract role to input the key details for a contract such as the supplier and a description of the contract. Our workflow functionality will route the contract to the key stakeholders identified for that contract type, which allows them to draft up a new contract according to the requirements outlined in the intake process.
Yes, the workflow supports ad hoc approval steps, meaning you can delegate a contract reviewer on any workflow step that you have designated as an ad hoc step. This means you can dynamically select the person or people you would like to include on-the-fly.
Yes, and we even encourage it. The Contracts module can stand alone without the use of other Unimarket modules. Other modules can also be added later.
