Damien is co-founder of Unimarket and is responsible for all things technology, including strategy, architecture, development, testing and infrastructure. He has worked as an architect and technical lead in a range of industries, including finance, telco, travel, and education. When he can grab time away from the office, he enjoys mountain biking, fishing and catching up with family and friends.
Justin sets the overall strategic direction and manages the development roadmap for Unimarket. He has been with us since our earliest days and overall has more than 20 years’ experience working with clients to design great software solutions. When he's not planning the next great product feature, Justin will be out riding his bike, taking his surfski for a spin, or working on his classic Fiat.
Shane oversees all of our financial and accounting operations as well as managing legal and compliance matters. He was previously CFO for a parking technology company, dividing his time between New Zealand and the US, as well as running his own eCommerce business for a number of years. In his spare time, Shane plays tennis and golf and surfs whenever he gets the chance.
